Scott Chapman is a realtor based out of Nashville TN.  Scott grew up in Indiana raised by a small town family of farmers. He moved to Nashville when he was 20 after attending music school to pursue a career in the music industry. After 3 years of working odd jobs like serving tables, delivering packages and anything to make ends meet, Scott was able to successfully put together a musical act and manage a full time music career. After accomplishing this and continuing to gig as a musician, an interest in real estate grew.  In the fall of 2023 Scott achieved his real estate license in TN and became established at a well respected local firm, MW Real Estate.    

 

From all of the years of negotiating, contracting and managing his band with local and regional booking agents, 6 years of local knowledge of the Nashville area,  going through MW agent training, and having the assistance of very hands-on managing brokers, this gives Scott the confidence to service his clients a quality real estate experience.

In Scott’s free time outside of business, he enjoys a round golf with his friends, painting and of course his love for playing music.
